    Welcome to Simple AI Strategies. By accessing our website, interacting with our AI voice widget, or using any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms. These terms are a binding contract between you and Yancy Wolfgang.

    1. The Service & License

    Simple AI Strategies provides AI-driven voice interaction, real-time transcription, and automated note-taking tools. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time.

    2. Voice Transcription, Notes, & Consent

    Our Service functions by processing your voice into text ("Notes").

    • Mandatory Consent: By using the voice widget, you provide express written consent for Simple AI Strategies to record, transcribe, and store your communications.
    • Third-Party Consent: If you use this Service to record or transcribe a conversation involving third parties, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary legal consents from those parties.

    3. Subscription & Cancellation

    • User Control: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
    • Billing Cycle: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
    • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your access if you violate these terms.

    4. No Responsibility for Outcomes

    • No Professional Advice: The AI-generated notes, summaries, and suggestions provided by our AI are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
    • No Guaranteed Results: Yancy Wolfgang and Simple AI Strategies are not responsible for any business outcomes, personal decisions, or financial results stemming from your use of the Service. You agree that any actions you take based on AI interactions are at your own risk and discretion.

    5. Fees, AI Credits, & API Usage

    Our Services rely on third-party APIs. We reserve the right to implement usage limits or "AI Credits." Usage exceeding your plan's allotment may result in additional charges or service throttling.

    6. Messaging & Telecom Charges

    • Carrier Fees: You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier. Standard message and data rates may apply.
    • A2P Compliance: You will not use the Service for spam, "robocalling," or prohibited solicitation.

    7. Fair Use Policy

    To maintain performance, we prohibit "excessive usage" such as automated botting or 24/7 streaming. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

    8. Limitation of Liability (North Carolina "As-Is" Provision)

    • No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated transcriptions are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that the AI will hear or transcribe every word correctly.
    • Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Yancy Wolfgang and Simple AI Strategies shall not be liable for any damages—including loss of data or business profits—arising from your use of the Service.

    9. Indemnification

    You agree to defend and hold harmless Yancy Wolfgang from any claims or legal costs resulting from your misuse of the Service or your failure to obtain consent from third parties.

    10. Governing Law & Venue

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Lincoln County, North Carolina.
